Refund policy

Each AW Labs watch is built to order specifically for you.

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 7 days of placing it. After that, the movement and materials are committed to your watch and the order is final.

My primary goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your timepiece for any reason, please contact me personally within 14 days of delivery, and I will work with you to find a fair solution.
