Will "Origin" ever be made again?
No. Origin is a Founders Edition of seven numbered pieces. When the seventh is sold, the reference is closed and the design is retired.
How many watches will be available?
Seven. Three have shipped; the rest are made to order, and the count on this page is live. There is no second run.
What is your warranty?
Your watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
A watch is meant to be worn, and life happens. For anything outside of the warranty, like accidental damage or normal wear and tear, my commitment to your timepiece continues. As the person who built it, I'm the best person to fix it, and I'll always be here to service it for a fair price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer complimentary shipping worldwide. To make your experience as smooth as possible, for most countries I will calculate and collect any applicable duties and taxes at checkout. This ensures a faster delivery with no surprise fees.
Please note, if this service isn't available for your destination, you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Because each watch is built specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or resold. But my commitment to your satisfaction doesn't end at delivery. If something isn't right, contact me directly within 14 days and I'll make it right.
